New Music Night has turned up some great acts over the years as part of the Kilkenny Arts Festival and this year the hand dealt contained The Cold Draw (formerly The Thomas Donoghue Band), Seti The First and Biggles Flys Again.

Covering Dawn Upshaw at St. Canice’s Cathedral had me late to the party so I msised out on The Cold Draw’s set, but Seti The First and, finally, Biggles Flys Again, did not disappoint.

Figuring I’d miss The Cold Draw, I did manage to squeeze some tracks in on the radio earlier in the week.
